Family & Friends of West Warwick Firefighters can visit the new memorial located at 110 Cowesett Avenue, Station 4, West Warwick, Rhode Island, to see the beautiful memorial. The majority of the work was done by current and retired firefighters on their own time with 100% donations.
Dedicated, engraved bricks line the stamped concrete pathways to the historic fire department bell which was resurrected from one of the former Phenix Village fire stations. Behind the bell are granite benches one can sit on and admire the majestic stone work with names of past West Warwick Firefighters. The Local 1104 Memorial Committee worked tirelessly to give us all a place where we can go to pay respect to those who have served the community before us.
